Breaking down a beef tenderloin
Why buy the expensive steak when you can save money buying the whole tenderloin?
You can save roughly 10-15 dollars per lb by buying a full tenderling from Costco or a local butcher. It’s fun and easy to break down and there are lots of options for the various cuts.
