One simple way to amplify your food is to season your salt. I posted a recipe for sriracha salt in the past. This one below is an excellent citrus salt for grilled meats and veggies.
The recipe/ratio is simple. One piece of citrus zested to one cup of salt. You can also add some picked herbs to the mix as well if you want to add that herbaceous flavor.
