The recipes I post under the paid section are typically ones I use in my restaurants. I am giving away all of the secrets, allowing the guest to make these delicacies at home, thereby risking my financial livelihood, but it is worth it for all of you.

This is a new French Onion Dip we are serving with housemade chips for our burger concept (101 burger). Already it’s a huge hit - we can’t keep our staff from eating pounds of it. So I figured I would share with my loyal army of substackers.
