Do you want to be the person everyone invites to their party because you bring the best food? Just memorize this recipe (or save it, that works too) and you will be the culinary hero of the year. Let’s be honest, on a cold winter night, there is nothing better than a hot, meltingly tender, rich, smokey, creamy, spicy dip in which to smother yourself (or some chips).
Use this as is, or use it as a base and add your own favorite interior garnishes such as: pulled chicken, bacon, mixed veggies, artichokes, shrimp, smoked fish, anything!

Ingredients:
4 oz Cheddar Cheese
3 oz Smoked Gouda
4 oz Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Mayo
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tbsp Horseradish, Prepared
3 oz Boursin Cheese (1/2 Pckg)
7 Jalapeno roasted or grilled
1 tbsp Tabasco Sauce
TOPPING
2 tablespoon panko breadcrumb add at the end
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan
Freshly chopped chives for garnish
Mix all of the ingredients except the panko and parmesan and pack into a skillet or baking dish. Top with the panko and parm and bake in a 400F oven for 10-15 minutes or until it’s bubbly and golden. Serve hot. This can be made ahead of time and heated before eating.

The finished product:
What do you do with the jalapeños? Roast them, de-seed them and then dice em up? How long do you roast them?
OMG! It's so unpolite to drool! I'm drooling!🤤
