I love salt. Therefore, I love soy sauce. After eating everything under the sun dipped in soy sauce, I get a bit bored. I decided to jazz my dipping-favorite up a bit to amplify the flavors. This is quick and simple; perfect over rice, veggies, chicken, fish, or cheesecake.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoon tamari or high-quality soy sauce
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoon honey
1 lemon juiced and zested
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon white vinegar
