That's for rubbing on the hanger steak before roasting.

Thanks! I need to figure out the French fry recipe, I can get the outside to look like your pictures, but the inside is just too crunchy, just like the outside - what am I doing wrong? See you Gutfeld or on another one your videos - Merry Christmas!

It says slow roast for 6 minutes- is that correct? That’s doesn’t seem like a slow roast to me. Also is it roasted uncovered?
