Everyone loved this and it was super easy. I didn’t roast the almonds. I just put them in the skillet and the Brie on top, then put the slits on top and dumped the butter on top and put into the oven.
I can imagine the wonderfulness of this recipe and will try it. Thank you! I do, though, have a need for something similar that uses creme cheese (some weird allergy or something bans brie but OK's the squishy white stuff in the Philadelphia wrappers.) Would appreciate any ideas.
Meanwhile, though ... pistachio bits, brie, peach slices or pineapple? ... honey ... maybe another dusting of nuts or habanero?

Costco has a baked brie that shows up during the holidays and I love it. I am going to share this with the wife and make it happen!
