Thanks so much, Andrew! Been looking for a better alternative since Hellman’s started using “bioengineered ingredients” in theirs. I may cheat and use my immersion blender, though. 🙄

I assume I could use my KitchenAid stand mixer with the whisk attachment, right?

Not really a good idea. High speed mixers or blenders can actually break the oil molecule, leaving a bitter fragment behind. I use only light olive oil & am careful not to use high speed on my small portable blender. Doing it by hand is why this works with EVOO.
