That looks delicious! I love the carrots. Chef, I have a question: Why do I keep burning food in my cast iron skillet? I use Avocado oil and butter but the food is always overcooked. Thanks.

I like to use cast iron and carbon steel to finish food at a very high heat. It holds the heat well. If you are fully cooking something in that medium make sure you work with a bit lower heat a the time extends.
