I feel like a rockstar chef. . . this is exactly how I make asparagus. . . . Next can you do grilled artichokes. . . I suck at that and have a whole box of artichokes to practice tomorrow.

Hi Chef - Big fan and thanks for all you do! When you said you can tell a lot about someone by the food they eat, it really resonated with me. I'm assuming you meant those folks who take the time to cook with fresh ingredients and minimize the use of processed foods. But if you could expand that thought further, I and all your followers would appreciate it! thanks again

Grilled asparagus on a family fan favorite here! Also interested to see how you do whole artichokes. We love them as well as deep fried artichoke hearts with drawn butter!!!
