Can confirm. I used this last night with Flank Steak. Dry brined. Reverse sear per your instructions. Then used this marinade before it went on the grill and after. Was delicious.
This sounds like it might make an interesting marinade for beef jerky. As soon as I come off of Whole30 on the 30th, I'm going to give it a try!!!
